Experience the educational content from the Society of Critical Care Medicine's (SCCM) 2020 Congress session, Nutritional Controversies in the ICU: How Much, When, and What Should We Be Feeding Our Patients?, from the comfort of your home or office. This Critical Care Week session was developed in conjunction with ASPEN. This product includes videos containing slide presentations and synchronized speaker audio of the session, as well as a posttest. During this complimentary continuing education activity, expert faculty will:
  • Distinguish between priorities and timings of protein administration and calorie goals for patients in the ICU
  • Discuss the risk/benefit analysis of enteral and parenteral nutrition in the ICU
